ADMISSION

Admission passes are valid for entry any one day of the show (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

**Advance Adult Admission will be at the $11 discounted rate through 2/27/25. Starting opening day of the show the price will increase to $13 online, same as box office pricing.

Will Call
Will Call is located at the show entrance at the Box Office; look for the window that has a Will Call sign next to it. Tickets are filed by last name.

HERO DAY

HERO DAY is Friday, February 28, 2025. All active military personnel, veterans, police, fire and first responders get into the show FREE!  To receive a complimentary admission, simply show your valid ID at the Box Office. For your service and sacrifice, we thank you. 

TEACHER DAY

TEACHER DAY is Sunday, March 2, 2025. All teachers and school employees receive free admission at the box office with a valid faculty ID. For your service to the community, we thank you.

DIRECTIONS

From North (I-95 South)
South on I-95 to Exit 353A (Myrtle/Church/ Forsyth), to Forsyth Street. Proceed left (east) to Lee Street. Turn right (south) on Lee Street, then right (west) on Bay Street to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot.

From South (I-95 North)
North on I-95 to Exit 350A (Main St. Bridge/Prudential Dr./Ocean St.) toward Acosta Bridge/Riverside Ave./Mary St. Proceed over the Acosta Bridge and take the Broad St exit. Turn left (north) on to West Bay Street to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot. South Bank hotels (Hilton Garden, Crowne Plaza, Wyndham, Hampton Downtown) are served by the Skyway Express: take the Express through Central Station to the Terminal (Convention Center) Station.

From West (I-10)
I-10 to I-95 North, then to Exit 352B (Forsyth). Take Forsyth Street east to Lee Street. Turn right (south) on Lee one block to Bay Street. Turn right (west) on Bay Street and proceed to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot.  

From East (Beaches)
Take the Hart Bridge into downtown. Take Adams Street exit. Turn left on N. Main Street. Turn right on W. Bay Street. Proceed to Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot. Omni Hotel, City Hall, and Jacksonville Landing are served by the Skyway Express: take the Express from or through Central Station to the Terminal (Convention Center) Station.

PARKING

The Convention Center has on-site parking for nearly 1,000 cars, with 4,000 additional spaces within easy walking distance. On-site parking is located behind the building. The Prime Osborn Convention Center charges $10.00 per vehicle per day for parking.  All parking lots are cashless and require debit/credit card for payment.

SKYWAY

JTA's Skyway typically does not run on the weekends. We will advise closer to show if it will be open on Saturday.

SHOW ENTRANCE

Enter the facility at the Bay Street entrance only. No other doors to the facility will be open!
