Tickets are valid for any one day of the show (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

Where Do I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on this site closer to the show to save time and avoid lines. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office.
Are discounts available?
Yes! You can save $2 instantly when you buy online. Seniors (60+) get in all day Thursday for only $5 (offer cannot be combined and senior tickets must be purchase at the box office).
Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking for $5 behind and near the Convention Center within walking distance.
How do I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
There will be show guides at the front of the show with the exhibitors listed alphabetically in each section along with the corresponding booth number.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, seating is available on a first-come basis. All celebrity performances are included in the price of your admission ticket.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
The show can take between two to four hours to see, depending on your itinerary, goals and objectives. We recommend that you plan to spend a bit more time visiting with exhibitors, as they are quite varied and can serve as a valuable resource for your home improvement questions.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the Savor...Jacksonville concessions. Please note no outside food or beverage is allowed.
Are wheelchairs available?
Yes, a very limited number of wheelchairs are available for use free of charge on a first come, first serve basis with proper ID.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers are welcome in all areas of the show floor. There are no strollers for rent or public use at the facility.
Are pets allowed in the show?
Pets are not allowed; however, service animals are permitted.
